1. What FixAm does

FixAm is a marketplace that connects customers in Abuja with independent service providers. Providers are not employees or agents of FixAm.

2. Bookings and payment

Customers pay through Paystack when a provider accepts a booking. FixAm holds the payment and releases it to the provider, minus a 10% service commission, after the customer confirms the job is complete, or automatically 48 hours after the provider marks it done if no issue is reported.

3. Cancellations and disputes

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge before payment. After payment, customers can report an issue; FixAm will review it and may refund the customer or release payment to the provider.

4. Reviews

Only customers with a completed booking can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive content; we may remove reviews that break these rules.

5. Providers

Providers must give accurate information, hold any licences their trade requires, and do the work they accept to a professional standard. We may suspend providers who break these terms.
